Mr. Rooter Plumbing in Southeast Michigan is seeking experienced Drain Cleaning Technicians and motivated trainees to join our expanding team.

You will perform residential drain cleaning, handle minor plumbing repairs, diagnose issues, and clearly explain solutions and pricing to customers. We offer strong earning potential, a take-home company vehicle, and a supportive environment with training available for the right candidate.

Competenze

• Experience in plumbing, sewer, drain cleaning or related trade preferred
• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude, dependability, and willingness to learn
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Clear communication with coworkers, dispatchers, managers
• Valid driver's license with few points preferred

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in plumbing, sewer, drain cleaning, or a related mechanical trade is preferred-but not required
• A candidate who demonstrates mechanical aptitude, dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilitiesExcellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with coworkers, dispatchers, managers, and other members of the team
• A self-motivated person with a positive, professional attitude
• Pride in delivering clean, high-quality work
• The ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities effectively
• A valid driver's license with fewer than six points preferred
