Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Macomb is actively hiring experienced Drain Cleaning Technicians to serve Southeast Michigan. Join a fast-growing, locally owned plumbing company where your skills are valued and you can earn strong commissions with a take-home company van provided.

Training is available for the right candidate who is dependable and mechanically inclined. Ideal candidates have plumbing or drain-cleaning experience and possess a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, sewer, drain cleaning preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and dependable work ethic.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.
• A valid driver's license with fewer than six points preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform drain cleaning services in residential and light commercial settings.
• Handle minor plumbing repairs and service work.
• Diagnose plumbing and drain issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in plumbing, sewer, drain cleaning, or a related mechanical trade is preferred-but not required
• A candidate who demonstrates mechanical aptitude, dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with coworkers, dispatchers, managers, and other members of the team
• A self-motivated person with a positive, professional attitude

• The ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities effectively
