Master or Journeyman Plumber

Persons Services Corp (PSC) is seeking highly skilled and motivated State of Alabama Licensed Plumbers to support our rapid growth. As a team member, you will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with the team’s number one goal being success.
We are looking for both Master and Journeyman Plumbers who will perform day-to-day plumbing tasks for a variety of project-specific requirements, including Heavy Commercial & Industrial New Construction. The role also involves promoting and exhibiting an unwavering commitment to safety and upholding our core values: One Team, Grititude, Excited & Curious, Profound Authenticity, Transparent Communication, and Creating Raving Fans.

Qualifications:

  • Maintain a current Master or Journeyman plumbing license in the State of Alabama.
  • 5+ years of plumbing experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of plumbing code requirements, processes, and procedures.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and project specifications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Must understand construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with hand tools and perform construction tasks.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting pay of $32+ per hour, depending on experience.
