We are currently seeking skilled Alabama LicensedPlumbersat both Master and Journeyman levels to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for experienced professionals to perform plumbing installations and services on significant Heavy Commercial & Industrial New Construction projects while building a rewarding career with our organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day plumbing tasks across a variety of Heavy Commercial & Industrial New Construction projects
  • Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and equipment according to specifications and codes
  • Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds local and state building codes
  • Maintain an unwavering commitment to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and other trades
  • Mentor and guide apprentice plumbers when appropriate
  • Uphold our core values in all aspects of work
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Current Master or Journeyman plumbing license in the State of Alabama
  • 5+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in commercial and industrial settings
  • Thorough knowledge of plumbing code requirements, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and project specifications
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts
  • Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with hand tools and construction tasks
