Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled plumbing work as assigned in the Building Maintenance division.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and state/local codes.
• Operate in various environments including heights, confined spaces, and underground areas.
• Lift up to 80 pounds and handle equipment as needed.
• Maintain clear communication and document work where required.
