Job summary

Piping Systems Installations (PSI) is seeking a licensed Lead Foreman to run field crews on commercial, industrial, and residential piping projects in southeastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.

You will manage job sites, plan work, mentor apprentices, ensure code compliance, and coordinate with PMs, inspectors, and general contractors. Active MA Journeyman license required; NH license in progress encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License (required).
• Proven foreman or lead tech experience.
• Solid knowledge of MA plumbing code; willing to obtain NH license.
• Strong leadership and communication; able to run a room and a crew.
• Reliable transportation for MA/NH job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews across commercial, industrial, and residential plumbing projects.
• Install and oversee domestic water, sanitary, storm, hydronic, and gas piping systems.
• Handle layout, manpower planning, and daily field operations to keep jobs on schedule.
• Keep crews productive by managing material orders and onsite inventory.
• Read and build from drawings, specs, and submittals.
• Ensure work meets MA and NH plumbing code and safety standards.
• Be the point of contact for PMs, inspectors, GCs, homeowners, and other trades.
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen.
• Bonus: medical gas or hospital-type experience? Even better.

What You Bring
