Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Elyria, OH is seeking a Plumber III to apply general knowledge on moderately complex projects under supervision. You will work across tasks that support plumbing installations and repairs.

You will assemble repair kits per BOMs, stage worksites, assist with measurements, manage parts and CMMS records, and assist in testing and teardown activities; prior plumbing experience is required and valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 4+ years in plumbing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble repair/install kits per BOMs; verify completeness before job start.
• Stage areas-set up protection, buckets, drain hoses, signage, and tool sets.
• Assist with measurements-record slope, hanger spacing, pressure; ensure logs are complete.
• Manage parts returns/warranty cores; track tags and shipping.
• Update CMMS tasks-attach photos, readings, and closure notes provided by plumbers.
• Receive and label parts/materials, check against POs, and store per spec.
• Prepare systems for testing-fill/bleed, purge air, set gauges; record baselines.
• Maintain toolrooms-shadow boards, calibration dates visible; track and resolve missing items.
• Support teardown cleaning and inspection; organize components by stage.
• Coach S2/S1 on kitting accuracy and documentation basics.
