Job summary

Service Experts seeks a Plumber III to lead complex plumbing projects and provide technical leadership within the HVAC and Plumbing team. You will oversee installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance, while ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

The role requires strong problem-solving abilities and leadership to mentor junior plumbers and coordinate with clients and contractors. You will manage material estimates, collaborate on project requirements and timelines, and stay

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a plumbing role.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, including new installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing layouts.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for plumbing projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to discuss requirements and timelines.
• Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Clean up job sites and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes using advanced tools and techniques.
• Weld, solder, or join pipes using approved methods.
• Inspect plumbing systems to diagnose issues and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure plumbing materials.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, including new installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.

Desired Skills And Qualifications

Annual Compensation Range:

$66,700.00 - $85,000.00
