Modigent is seeking a Plumber II to join our team in a mid-level commercial plumbing role. You will assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings under supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant commercial plumbing or construction experience.
• Journeyman license preferred or ability to obtain one; OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with layout, installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems.
• Perform mid-level pipefitting, soldering, brazing, and basic system testing under supervision.
• Transport tools and materials to job sites and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time and expand knowledge of codes and practices.

You will assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist with the layout, assembly, installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and related equipment.
• Perform mid-level plumbing tasks such as pipefitting, soldering, brazing, and basic system testing under supervision.
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment to support the team on job sites.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through general site clean-up.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Actively expand your knowledge of commercial plumbing applications, codes, and best practices.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of relevant commercial plumbing or construction experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certifications/Licenses: Journeyman plumbing license preferred or the ability to obtain one; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred. Valid driver’s license required.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, frequently bend, lift, stand, and walk on uneven terrain or in confined spaces, and safely climb ladders.
• Work Environment/Safety: Active construction sites with exposure to varying weather conditions. This is a safety-sensitive position.
