Job summary

Pueblo Mechanical & Controls in Utah is seeking an entry-level laborer to support plumbing and HVAC installation on job sites. This role focuses on non-technical tasks, equipment handling, and maintaining a clean site under supervision.

The ideal candidate will be physically capable, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and eager to learn more about plumbing applications. No prior HVAC or plumbing experience is required, though construction familiarity is a plus. On-site teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with limited to no HVAC knowledge or plumbing knowledge.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in the construction industry preferred but not required.
• Self-starter, high energy level.
• Physically demanding environment with bending, lifting, standing and walking over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, and safely climb ladders.

• Assist in the lay out, assembly, install, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Assist in the repair and replacement of plumbing systems, supports, and equipment.

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in the construction industry preferred but not required.

JOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

This is considered to be an entry level laborer position that has limited to no experience or knowledge in the HVAC industry or plumbing. This position is responsible for the less technical work on the job site such as carrying equipment, assisting in plumbing install and maintaining the cleanliness of the site. This technician does not function unsupervised in any situation.
