1-800-Plumber +Air of Centreville is seeking a Plumber & HVAC Apprentice/Helper in Centreville, VA for a full-time role. You will assist licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians, learn installations and repairs, and support service calls as part of a hands-on apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous plumbing, HVAC, construction, or mechanical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, maintenance, and service calls.
• Help install plumbing fixtures, water heaters, piping, HVAC equipment, and perform drain cleaning and basic repairs.
• Load and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies.
• Complete basic work orders and service documentation.
• Deliver professional customer service on every job.
