1-800-Plumber +Air is seeking a motivated Helper / Apprentice who enjoys teamwork and learning new things. You will assist our Plumbers, HVAC Technicians, and HVAC Installers on installations, repairs and service, delivering a high quality customer experience.

We offer on-the-job training throughout the year and the opportunity to earn top pay in the area. The ideal candidate works well in a team or independently and brings a friendly, positive attitude to customers and co-workers.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of current plumbing regulations.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Experience using plumbing tools and physical capability.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of licensed plumber or HVAC tech on the job.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks on plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Report documents of any problems and actions taken.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
• Cut and assemble pipes with knowledge of existing infrastructure.
