Job summary

Mid-Atlantic Water Services in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Plumber Helper to support licensed plumbers and learn the trade. This in-person, entry-level role offers hands-on training while contributing to water treatment system installations and servicing.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM with overtime as needed. Compensation ranges from $18 to $21 per hour based on experience, plus PTO, holidays, sick leave, a 401(k), and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with hands-on problem solving.
• Eagerness to learn and grow into the trade.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift heavy items and work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation; apprentice card after hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers in installing and servicing water treatment systems.
• Load/unload tools and materials at job sites.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and work areas.
• Learn hands-on and build real-world plumbing skills.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service on job sites.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with OT as needed
• Compensation: $18-$21/hr depending on experience
