Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, in Lincoln, Nebraska, seeks a full-time Plumber Apprentice to learn and assist in fabricating, assembling, installing and maintaining plumbing systems per codes. You will read drawings and follow safety policies while supporting project needs.

The company offers on-the-job training, PTO up to 128 hours/year, and a range of benefits including 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision, disability, holidays, and competitive pay. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year recent experience as Plumber Apprentice.
• Valid plumber apprentice license or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Pre-employment background check, drug test, and MVR check when operating vehicles may be required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in the fabrication, assembly, installation and maintenance of plumbing and piping systems per national and local codes.
• Learn to read and understand project drawings and specifications.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.
