Job summary

Quantum Industrial in Ogden, UT is seeking a Plumber Apprentice to learn the trade from experienced plumbers while assisting with installations, repairs, and maintenance on job sites. You will arrive prepared with tools and safety gear, help keep sites clean, and track hours as you progress through a local apprenticeship program.

You will attend weekly safety meetings and contribute to meeting project budgets and timelines, gaining hands-on experience and developing quality workmanship skills

• Showing up to the jobsite on time, prepared with tools and proper safety equipment
• Supporting crew productivity, including working extended hours when needed to keep projects on track
• Following all safety protocols and actively participating in weekly safety meetings
• Accurately completing daily timecards with correct job numbers, cost codes, and hours
• Maintaining a clean, organized jobsite, including trailers, tools, and materials
• Securing tools and equipment and reporting any maintenance or repair needs
• Assisting teammates, learning on the job, and contributing to a positive crew environment
• Attending and progressing through a local plumbing apprenticeship program, maintaining required grades and hours
