Job summary

Glassman Corporation in Kansas is hiring experienced plumbers for local work. Candidates must be able to lift, read plans, have a valid driving license, and provide transportation to job sites. Pay is based on experience and credentials; a robust benefits package is offered.

We have the career for you! Now hiring experienced plumbers for work in your local area.We are looking for clean, mature individuals who are eager to learn, work and want a career. Musthave a valid DL. Pay is based upon experience and credentials.

• Must have a complete and thorough understanding of all plumbing and mechanical systems, not only how they are installed, but also how they function
• Installs and maintains various piping systems including but not limited to, plumbing, hydronic, med gas & process piping systems.
• Uses trade tools and other equipment as required
• Read, interpret and understand specifications, addenda, submittals and construction schedules
• Ensure all work is performed and completed as specified by contract, engineering drawings, specifications and applicable codes
• Be highly motivated to be the best in the industry
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Provide own transportation to and from work site
• Ability to work with others

Journeymen Requirements:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 100 pounds on a regular basis
• Read, interpret and understand specifications, addenda, submittals and construction schedules
• Must have an understanding of math, basic algebra and geometry
• Full understanding of Plumbing and Mechanical trade codes, formulas and industry standards
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Provide own transportation to and from work site
• Ability to work with others
