Qualifications

  • Valid state plumbing license (where required).
  • Minimum 2+ years hands-on plumbing experience in residential/commercial settings.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, and other plumbing equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage.
  • Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and sewer line inspections.
  • Install and repair bathroom and kitchen fixtures including sinks, toilets, faucets, and showers.
  • Respond promptly to emergency service calls and provide timely solutions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure compliant installations.
  • Perform water heater installations and repairs (traditional and tankless units).
  • Detect and repair gas line issues in compliance with local codes and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople on new construction and renovation projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on job.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, explaining issues and recommended solutions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and inventory of supplies.

Position Overview
