Position Summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients. This position will be responsible for both preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance work and minimal installations with our client.

Essential Job Functions

• Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, showers, commodes, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposals, and dishwashers.
• Assembles and installs valves, pipe fittings, and pipes made of metals, clay, and plastic using hand and power tools.
• Performs drain cleaning, soldering, brazing, and repairs of Drain Waste and Vent (DWV), toilets, water lines, P-Traps, water leaks, valves, faucets, and sinks.
• Completes documentation in CGL's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Handles preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Follows safety procedures and standards of CGL Facility Maintenance, OSHA, and clients.
• Maintains a clean and safe workplace during and after tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot general trade problems.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, night shifts, and on-call when needed.
• Experience replacing Automatic Sprinkler heads in sprinkler systems.
• Familiarity with facility design and layout.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial plumbing maintenance.
• Team player with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and customer service focus.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Valid state driver's license required.
