Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service and repair experience.
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.
• Strong plumbing troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, drains, water heaters, installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to independently manage residential plumbing service calls.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Commitment to safe work practices, professionalism, and quality workmanship.
• Ability to maintain accurate job records and service documentation.
• Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, water heaters, and related equipment.
• Complete residential plumbing service and repair calls efficiently and professionally.
• Identify plumbing issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about their plumbing needs and available solutions.
• Follow applicable plumbing codes and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.
