Qualifications

• Colorado Plumbing License required.
• 2+ years plumbing and heating experience (4+ preferred).
• Proven soldering and electrical work; knowledge of state codes.
• Proficient using an iPad for routing, maps, and invoicing; ServiceTitan experience a major plus.
• Strong communication and professional client-facing approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing and heating repairs, installs, and replacements to state codes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and present clear options; promote club memberships and products.
• Maintain accurate digital records on iPad to ensure a full sales/service pipeline.
• Mentor apprentices and contribute to team growth.
• Keep take-home vehicle organized and stocked for efficiency.

Location:

Field Position (Serving Summit, Eagle, Lake, Grand County)

Compensation:

$32-$40 per hour (40+ Hours Guaranteed)

Sign-On Bonus:

$3,000 (After 90 Days)

• Systemized Success: We provide the framework. You’ll install equipment stickers, place neighborhood door hangers, and maintain accurate digital records on your iPad to ensure your pipeline stays full.
• Mentorship: Lead by example and supervise apprentices as we continue to grow the team.
• Inventory Management: Keep your take-home vehicle clean, organized, and accurately stocked for maximum efficiency.

• Licensing: Valid Colorado Plumbing License is required.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of plumbing and heating experience (4+ years preferred).

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using an iPad for job routing, Google Maps, and digital invoicing. Experience with ServiceTitan is a major plus.
• Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and a "self-starter" mentality. You respect the client’s home by using shoe covers and maintaining a sterile workspace.

Physical & Safety Requirements

• Ability to lift 100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work in varying Colorado weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and MVR check.
• Strict adherence to all company safety standards.
