Experienced Residential Plumber – Full-Time (Sarasota, FL)
Location: Sarasota, FL

Are you a skilled plumber who takes pride in your work and values great customer interactions? We’re looking for a seasoned professional to join our Sarasota-based team and help homeowners with their everyday plumbing needs. If you enjoy variety, independence, and working with a company that values quality service, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle plumbing repairs, troubleshooting, installations, and routine maintenance in residential homes (and occasionally light commercial)

Perform diagnostic checks on water, gas, and drainage systems

Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, supply and waste piping, gas lines, regulators, and more

Communicate clearly with clients about service issues and solutions available

Maintain detailed documentation of all service visits, including system specs, part usage, and notes/photos

Operate and care for your assigned service vehicle, ensuring it stays well-stocked, clean, and safe

Ensure all work meets current building codes and passes inspection

Collaborate with dispatch to manage your schedule efficiently

Suggest upgrades or preventive service options when appropriate

Adhere to company safety protocols and participate in ongoing training sessions

Who We’re Looking For:

At least 3 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience

Knowledge of diagnostics and repairs for typical home systems

Comfortable using software tools like ServiceTitan (preferred)

Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean record

Able to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends on rotation

Additional Info:

High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or associate degree is a plus

Must be willing to relocate to Sarasota, FL area prior to starting (relocation assistance not provided)
