Job summary

Trillium Staffing seeks experienced Journeyman-Level Commercial Plumbers to support a commercial mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC systems in San Diego, CA. The role requires independence and strong on-site knowledge of commercial plumbing.

Pay ranges from $40 to $50 per hour, based on experience, with a 7am-3:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday. This is a 3–4 week assignment with potential for more work for top performers.

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level commercial plumbing experience required.
• Proven experience working on commercial construction or mechanical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Install and connect piping, fixtures, valves, and related plumbing systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and plumbing layouts.
• Work alongside HVAC and mechanical trades on commercial projects.
• Assist with installation and connection of plumbing systems associated with commercial mechanical/HVAC equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and identify plumbing issues in the field.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all applicable plumbing codes, project specifications, and job-site safety requirements.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.

Job description

We are currently seeking experienced Journeyman-Level Commercial Plumbers to support a commercial mechanical contractor specializing in commercial HVAC systems.

The ideal candidate will have solid commercial plumbing experience, be able to work independently, and understand the pace and expectations of a commercial mechanical job site.

Pay rate is $40–$50 per hour BOE (Based on Experience).Work is Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm, 40 hours per week. This is an immediate 3–4 week assignment with the potential for additional projects and continued work for plumbers who perform at a high level.
