Job summary

Building Team Solutions Inc. is seeking a full-time on-site Plumber in San Antonio, TX to support commercial clients. You will diagnose issues, perform installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on piping systems and fixtures, reading blueprints and ensuring code compliance.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Plumber role is based in San Antonio, TX and supports commercial plumbing clients as assigned. The Plumber will repair - replace or diagnose issues with all commercial plumbing issues including install, assemble, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and plumbing equipment according to project specifications, building codes, and safety standards. Daily tasks include diagnosing plumbing issues, performing routine maintenance and repairs, testing systems for leaks or malfunctions, and documenting work performed. The role also involves reading blueprints, collaborating with supervisors and other trades, maintaining tools and materials, and ensuring work areas are clean and safe. The Plumber will interact with clients and site contacts, providing clear communication and professional customer service throughout each project.

Qualifications

• Strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and compliance with local codes. COMMERCIAL SERVICE WORK EXP IS DESIRED FOR THIS ROLE
• Experience working with pipe systems, fittings, and related tools and equipment.
• Proficiency in maintenance and repair work, including preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Ability to deliver responsive customer service and communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Relevant trade certification or license as a Plumber in Texas (or ability to obtain, as required/ must have current hours and be ready to submit to schedule test
• Knowledge of safety practices, OSHA guidelines, and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Reliable transportation, punctuality, and willingness to work on-site in varying environmental conditions.
• Previous experience in commercial plumbing SERVICE WORK , facilities, or industrial settings is preferred.
