A1 Heating and Cooling Inc is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician with experience to install, repair and maintain piping systems in both commercial and residential settings. You will diagnose issues, explain options to customers, and provide clear cost estimates while offering solutions.

A customer‑focused, detail‑oriented professional is ideal. We offer a company vehicle, tools, phone, iPad and uniforms; you will work locally with technicians returning home for dinner each night.

Qualifications

• Must be able to respond to and resolve emergencies.
• Familiar with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron and copper piping.
• Presentable appearance and customer-facing professionalism.
• Desire to grow knowledge through company-provided classes.
• Detail oriented, customer focused, organized and clean in work habits.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
• Diagnose problems and explain them to customers in clear terms; relay costs and propose solutions.
• Respond to emergencies and provide timely service to customers.
