While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. walk. use hands to handle, or feel. reach with hands and arms. and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee frequently works in high, precarious places and in outside weather conditions and is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud. Employee may be assigned to work 6-2, 2-10, and 10-6 shifts, seven days a week including holidays. Subject to remain on duty beyond assigned working hours to provide assistance during extenuating circumstances.
