Responsibilities

What Your Days Look Like

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping in homes and commercial buildings
• Tracking down the problem, not just the symptom
• Handling routine maintenance and preventive work so small issues stay small
• Talking with customers face to face: what you found, what you did, and how to keep it from happening again
• Documenting your work so the next visit starts smart
• Lending a hand on heating and mechanical jobs when the team needs it
• Keeping your tools, truck, and work areas in top shape

What You Bring

• Solid plumbing install and repair skills, from pipes to fixtures
• Real troubleshooting ability and experience with maintenance and repair
• A friendly, professional way with customers
• A Minnesota plumbing license or certification, or eligibility to get one
• Working knowledge of local codes, safety practices, and industry standards
• The ability to lift, move equipment, and work in all kinds of spaces (yes, including crawl spaces)
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Plumbing, heating, or mechanical trade experience is a big plus
