Job summary

Anytime Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is hiring a Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems. You will travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch, and educate customers about our services while delivering exceptional customer care.

We train you in our Plumbing Technician Method and offer a mix of hourly pay and commissions, with weekly bonuses. A company vehicle, tools, and full benefits are provided for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience.
• Clean driving record and background examination.
• Has all personal tools (company provides large tools, vehicle, and tool account).
• Must be proficient with smartphone, email, (ServiceTitan is a plus).
• Proficient in sales.

Responsibilities

What YOU will be responsible for as a Plumbing Service Technician:

• Providing EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers
• Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining plumbing systems and their components in residential applications
• Informing and educating customers about their systems and additional services we provide to benefit them
• Traveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process
• Learning the Anytime Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, Plumbing Technician Method (Don’t worry, we will train you to be successful!)
• Dig jobs (sewer and water service) are contracted out to Dig Team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service, communication, sales ability, and organization skills
• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
• Clean driving record and background examination
• Has all personal tools (company provides large tools, vehicle, and tool account)
• Must be proficient with smartphone, email, (Service titan is a plus) etc.
• Proficient in sales

Benefits include:

• Top hourly pay with O.T. plus weekly bonus ($60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year)
• Pay scale is flexible with hourly plus commission or straight commission, tech preference
