This role offers year-round work, strong earnings potential, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for qualified plumbers. You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues in occupied homes, perform code-compliant repairs and installations (faucets, water heaters, valves), and explain findings clearly to homeowners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
• Confidence interacting with homeowners in a customer-facing environment
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field
• Ability to work independently while following company processes and safety standards
• Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 per company policy)

What You’ll Be Doing
