Job summary

F.H. Furr is seeking a skilled Residential Service Plumber in Fredericksburg, VA. Diagnose and repair residential plumbing in occupied homes, perform code-compliant repairs, and install fixtures including faucets, water heaters, valves and piping.

2+ years of experience and strong customer interaction skills are required. We offer year-round work, a performance-based pay structure, a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping.
• Confidence interacting with homeowners in a customer-facing environment.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field.
• Ability to work independently while following company processes and safety standards.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues in occupied homes.

• Install water heaters (tank and tankless experience a plus).

What You’ll Be Doing
