Journeyman Plumber – Competitive Pay | Massachusetts Licensed

We’re looking for a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our growing, team-oriented company based in Ludlow, MA. If you're experienced, motivated, and committed to top-quality work, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and professional environment.

What You’ll Do:

Residential & Light Commercial Plumbing:

Rough-in and finish plumbing (kitchens, bathrooms, utilities)

Drain cleaning and waste/vent line diagnostics

Water heater installation (tank & tankless)

Fixture installations and piping systems (PEX, copper, PVC)

Gas System Work:

Install, service, and test propane and natural gas systems

Gas appliance hookups and boiler connections

Construction & Renovation Projects:

Plumbing layout for new construction and remodels

Work with GCs and project managers to meet timelines

Heating Systems:

Hydronic heating installation and service (boilers, radiators, radiant floors)

Troubleshooting circulators, valves, and controls

Heat Pump / Mini-Split Work:

Install and service ductless systems

Perform maintenance and diagnostics

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience

Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

Excellent customer service and professionalism

Experience with plumbing diagnostics and reading blueprints

Ability to work safely and independently

EPA and A2L Refrigerant Certifications – a plus, not required
