Job summary

Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking a Plumbing Engineer to maintain and repair all plumbing on the property, delivering high-level guest service aligned with the KEPP values. The role requires journeyman experience with faucets, toilets, showers, copper lines, and drains, plus the ability to handle drain-cleaning tools and related equipment.

Qualified candidates should have fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate.
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures.
• Must communicate effectively with guests, employees and management in English.
• 3 years of plumbing experience and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Journeyman Plumber with three years' experience on faucets, toilets, showers, copper lines and cast iron drains.
• Knowledge of drain cleaning equipment and tools necessary to perform tasks.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Overview

It is the responsibility of the Plumbing Engineer is to maintain and repair all plumbing aspects on property. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. - Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).

Responsibilities

• Journeyman Plumber with three year's experience of repairs on faucets, toilets, showers, Replacement of copper water lines and cast iron drains.
• Knowledge of the use and repair of drain cleaning equipment and tools necessary to perform all job tasks.
• Perform other duties as requested.
• Must be willing to work holidays

• Related degree preferred/Trade Certification.
• 3 years experience.
• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
• Must be able to complete standard forms and reports.
• Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.
