Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing seeks a Commercial Plumber for a King of Prussia facility to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex plumbing systems in a laboratory and office environment.

The role requires 2+ years in commercial plumbing, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations. Multiple shifts are available and the position is on-site.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with commercial plumbing systems.
  • 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret plumbing diagrams and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently in a facility maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems throughout the facility
  • Install, repair, and replace piping, fixtures, valves, pumps, and plumbing components
  • Support domestic water, sanitary, and process/laboratory plumbing systems
  • Support plumbing needs for office spaces, laboratories, and facility equipment, including specialty lab drains, eyewash/safety showers, and RO/DI water systems
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime
  • Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment
  • Test, maintain, and inspect backflow prevention devices
  • Read and interpret plumbing schematics, blueprints, and technical documents
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, plumbing codes, and company policies
  • Coordinate with facilities, maintenance teams, and contractors as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and maintenance activities

Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Plumber to support the plumbing systems of a commercial facility that includes laboratory and office space. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building plumbing systems to ensure safe and reliable operation. The ideal candidate is experienced in commercial environments and comfortable working in a facility that supports technical and laboratory operations.
