Schedule

• On-call and regular hours
• Night shifts, holidays, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing installations, replacements, repairs, and maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues across all aspects of the plumbing industry
• Plan and execute jobs efficiently while ensuring high-quality workmanship
• Coordinate with customers to understand needs and provide clear explanations and estimates
• Maintain clean and safe work sites, adhere to all safety protocols and local codes
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding job status and any issues
• Use own tools and equipment as required (see Tools & Equipment below)
• Job scheduling and dispatch
• Creating and updating work orders, estimates, and invoices
• Recording time, material usage, and parts on jobs
• Accessing customer history, warranties, and service agreements
• Photo and note capture for job documentation
• Invoicing customers and processing payments (as applicable)
• Ability to generate and read service reports, quotes, and.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in all aspects of plumbing (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and best practices
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid plumbing license or be willing to obtain as required by local regulations
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must provide own professional tools
• Familiarity with service routing, inventory checks, and real-time communication with dispatch
• Proficient with ServiceTitan or equivalent field service management software
