Facilities Management Services is dedicated to providing services to the Health Science Center by maintaining an environment that is conducive to learning, teaching, and research.
Plumbing repair work and plumbing installation work in commercial buildings on college campus; including work on laboratories, bathrooms, and building infrastructure.
Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Employees in this job may be responsible for conducting research on, working on, or having the ability to access critical organizational infrastructure and they must be able to maintain the security and integrity of the infrastructure related to this role.
New plumbing installs. Commercial plumbing repair: faucet repair, flush valve repair, drain clearing, copper soldering, p.v.c. pipe joining, cast iron repair. Ability to read building blueprints. Ability to do material take offs.
