Job description

We are seeking a Plumbing Technician with over six months of experience or familiarity in plumbing, electrical, or construction skilled labor. The candidate must have experience with soldering and will assist journeyman licensed technicians on new installation piping and heating and cooling units in new construction residential, multi-family, and light industrial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman technicians with the delivery, installation, and troubleshooting of pipes and plumbing equipment.
• Assist with power vacuuming of pipes and cleaning up the job site.
• Lift and move units as needed with team members.
• Utilize tools such as impact drills, sawzalls, wire strippers, lighted levels, and more.
• Comfortably bend, crouch, kneel, and lift 100+ lbs as needed with team members.
• 6+ months of experience in plumbing, electrical, or construction skilled labor.
• Experience with soldering.
• Ability to use an impact driver and basic hand tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Mechanical aptitude and plumbing skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a plumber helper or mechanical / construction aptitude.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical troubleshooting, repair, and plumbing.

The dress code includes jeans, work boots, and a work-appropriate t-shirt, with company-provided t-shirts available. Basic hand tools are required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $75000.00 / yr.
