Job summary

Volumetric Building Companies (VBC) is seeking a skilled plumber for our new construction teams. You will install cast iron pipe systems, PEX waterlines, and plumbing fixtures according to shop drawings and prints.

A focus on safety, quality, and efficiency is essential as you read blueprints and work with hand and power tools. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of plumbing experience, with strong knowledge of building codes.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years plumbing experience in new construction preferred.
• Experience with PEX waterlines and cast iron plumbing; able to safely use hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations; able to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Install cast iron pipe systems as per prints and shop drawings.
• Install PEX waterlines and plumbing fixtures; read and interpret shops/prints.
• Measure, mark, and cut holes for plumbing components; install tub/shower pans as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints; ensure layout matches prints and specs.
• Kit and assemble subcomponents and maintain safety standards on site.

Job Description

• Install cast iron pipe systems

Additional Information

The Pay Range for this position is $22.32 - 28.32 per hour based on experience and qualifications. We also off the following benefits:
