Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degrees in social work, psychology, sociology, human services, education or related mental health field.
• Provisional licensure or eligibility for LPC/LPPC as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides community support work and individual or group counseling.
• May provide group psychosocial skills training to clients.
• Assess, review, or monitor a recipient’s status in relation to rehabilitation.
• Identify, report, and maintain weekly appointments for community resources.
• Submit accurate, legible, and complete weekly counseling notes and service logs.
• Attend staffing meetings regularly.
• Assist and positively interact with other team members.
• Attends all scheduled staff trainings.
• Participates in ongoing accreditation initiatives and trainings.
• Acknowledges responsibility to participate in agency growth.
• Maintains membership in at least one Accreditation Committee Team.
