Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Plough Line Operator in Sparta, WI to support our client's manufacturing process. You will operate production equipment, monitor quality, and ensure efficient operations on the plough line.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, the ability to lift up to 55 pounds, and basic computer skills. Forklift experience or willingness to train is preferred. Overtime may be available on Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production and processing equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Scan and dump raw product into processing equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Fill and verify containers to meet specified requirements.
• Operate labeling equipment and apply bands or seals to containers securely.
• Package finished products and stack on pallets for shipment.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Plough Line Operator to join their team. As a Plough Line Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$23.30

Shift:

Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. with overtime on Fridays as needed

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned production and processing equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
