Job summary

Radiant is seeking a PLM Administrator to own day-to-day Teamcenter and NX administration, reporting to our PLM Architect. You will work in a hardware-driven organization where platform decisions carry real weight and grow into deeper ownership of standards, customization, and configuration as you learn the tools that support the design and build of Radiant’s first mass-produced portable nuclear reactor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a STEM discipline.
• 3+ years in technical support, systems administration, or engineering support.
• Exposure to a PLM, PDM, or CAD environment: Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, SolidWorks PDM, or comparable.
• Comfortable in Windows administration, with scripting aptitude to automate repetitive parts.
• Experience gathering requirements from engineers and turning them into actionable steps.
• Organized and dependable with attention to detail.
• Genuine appetite to learn this platform deeply.

Responsibilities

• User and access administration in Teamcenter: accounts, groups, roles, permissions, and structure as the company grows.
• Day-to-day support for engineering users: BOM issues, workflow problems, revision and release questions, data cleanup.
• Client deployment and upgrades for NX and Teamcenter across engineering workstations: packaging, rollout, patching, validation.
• License troubleshooting with the systems engineer who owns license servers.
• Testing and validation: upgrades and configuration changes in a test environment before go-live.
• Documentation and training: write guides and run sessions to reduce repeated inquiries.
• Vendor coordination: open and drive support cases to resolution.
• Develop and maintain the NX CAD environment: templates, configuration, Check-Mate rules.
• Configure and maintain standardized part families, drawing templates, reusable component libraries.
• Establish, document, and enforce CAD/PLM data-entry standards for data integrity.
• Grow into deeper platform work under the PLM architect.
