Job summary

Radiant, an El Segundo, CA-based startup, seeks a PLM Administrator to own Teamcenter/NX administration under the PLM Architect. You will manage access, workflows, and data integrity in a hardware-driven environment as the platform scales.

You will collaborate with engineering, IT, and vendors to develop templates and standard libraries, growing into deeper platform ownership as Teamcenter and NX evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM required.
• 3+ years in technical support, IT, or engineering support.
• Exposure to PLM/PDM/CAD environments such as Teamcenter or Windchill.
• Windows administration with scripting aptitude.
• Experience gathering requirements from engineers.
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• User and access administration in Teamcenter: accounts, groups, roles, permissions.
• Provide day-to-day support for engineering users: BOM, workflows, data cleanup.
• Deploy and upgrade NX and Teamcenter across workstations: packaging, rollout, validation.
• License troubleshooting with systems engineer.
• Test and validate upgrades in a test environment.
• Documentation and training: guides and sessions.
• Vendor coordination: open and drive support cases to resolution.
• Develop and maintain NX CAD environment: templates, configurations.
• Configure standardized part families, templates, libraries.
• Enforce CAD modeling, drafting, PLM data entry standards.
• Grow into deeper platform work under PLM architect.
