Job summary

GABLETEK is looking for an entry-level PLM Analyst / Spare Parts Coordinator in Novi, MI. This position requires proficiency in Excel and a keen attention to detail, focusing on data integrity in product lifecycles and managing BOMs. You will collaborate across departments to facilitate engineering changes and maintain parts data.

Education preferred includes an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Relevant tools include PLM and SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and proficient in Excel.
• Comfortable working across multiple departments with moderate supervision.
• Minimum 2–4 years of equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Parts, BOMs, and Spare Parts spreadsheets.
• Analyze and track engineering change submissions.
• Communicate BOM requirements between Supply Chain and Production.
• Ensure data integrity between PLM and ERP systems.

Skills

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Understanding of order processing and BOM hierarchy

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to multitask and interface across departments

Education
