Job summary

IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, leads Autodesk PLM implementations to streamline processes for building, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors. The PLM Implementation Specialist guides discovery, requirements, configuration, training, and project management while collaborating with sales and marketing to grow opportunities.

The role emphasizes delivering first-class PLM solutions with strong industry knowledge and IT-business collaboration, and requires travel up to 25%

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' work experience delivering PLM and related solutions.
• Experience with Autodesk Fusion Manage.
• Ability to apply analysis and creative thinking when solving problems.
• Experience with identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Familiar with ERP applications.
• Familiar with Software Lifecycle Management (SDLC), Change Management, and agile methodology.
• Experience with supply chain management (SCM) and PLM.
• Familiar with IT standards and best practices.
• Strong time management skills with ability to multitask, meet deadlines.
• Able to communicate effectively with business partners and IT professionals.
• Strong business acumen, high energy, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to meet 25% travel requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating customer 'as is' process maps documenting current processes, terminology, tools, owners, and other information.
• Participate in workshops to collect client data and document configuration needs.
• Document necessary field information (dropdowns, free-form, type info, restrictions).
• Partner with Sales to develop PLM business opportunities and participate in marketing events.
• Identify, assess, and manage resolution of issues.
• Execute PLM system implementation delivery tasks (configuration, scripting, rollout, testing).
