Job summary

IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, seeks a PLM Implementation Specialist to drive deployment of PLM solutions for diverse clients. You will partner with customers through discovery, requirements, configuration, training, and project management to deliver improved business processes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of PLM delivery experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with SDLC and Agile methods. Occasional travel up to 25% is required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or computer science related field (or equivalent).
• 3-5 years' PLM implementation experience or related solutions delivery.
• Experience with Autodesk Fusion Manage.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems with creative thinking.
• Experience implementing process improvements and driving efficiencies.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and lifecycle management processes.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Change Management, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with SCM and PLM integration.
• Excellent communication with business partners and IT teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting current processes and system configurations for PLM implementations.
• Lead client discovery sessions and workshops to capture data and configuration needs.
• Produce field and data requirements, role definitions, and process maps.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify PLM opportunities and support marketing activities.
• Identify, assess, and resolve project issues to keep implementations on track.
• Execute PLM configuration, scripting, rollout, and testing tasks.
