We are seeking an experienced Senior Product & Project Manager / PMO Lead to support a strategic product and technology transformation program in Memphis, Tennessee.
This role will bridge product management, project/program delivery, and PMO governance, working closely with business leaders, technical teams, engineering, and other stakeholders to drive initiatives from planning through successful delivery.
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environments is highly desirable, particularly exposure to PTC Windchill.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery.
- Drive product/project roadmaps, priorities, milestones, and execution plans.
- Establish and maintain PMO governance, reporting, project plans, and delivery standards.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources.
- Coordinate multiple technical and business workstreams.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, status reviews, and executive presentations.
- Translate business and product requirements into actionable project plans.
- Track KPIs, deliverables, project health, and overall program performance.
- Identify delivery risks and proactively develop mitigation and escalation plans.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, IT, Operations, and business teams to ensure alignment.
- Support organizational change and adoption associated with new products, processes, and technology.
Required Profile
- 8+ years of Project, Program, Product, or PMO Management experience.
- Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of PMO governance and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams, vendors, and priorities.
- Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ability to work effectively across both technical and business organizations.
- Highly collaborative, proactive, structured, and results-oriented.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) programs or implementations.
- PTC Windchill experience or exposure is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, product development, or digital transformation programs.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar certifications are a plus.
