Job summary

Expleo is seeking a PLM QA Analyst with deep Siemens Teamcenter expertise to lead QA across the enterprise PLM ecosystem. This fully remote role allows you to collaborate with a Minneapolis-based team while contributing to high-visibility PLM initiatives.

You will drive functional testing, create test plans and scripts, validate configurations, and participate in requirement reviews and UAT to ensure complete test coverage and smooth releases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA experience with PLM systems.
• Expert-level Siemens Teamcenter experience required.
• Strong functional testing of PLM apps.
• Knowledge of PLM configurations, workflows, integrations.
• Experience with QA methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional QA testing for Siemens Teamcenter PLM applications, workflows, modules, and integrations.
• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, regression test suites, and test scripts.
• Validate PLM enhancements, configurations, product structures, change management processes, and integrations.
• Perform defect identification, documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams for resolution.
• Support release cycles by ensuring readiness through thorough end-to-end validation.
• Participate in requirement reviews to ensure testability and full coverage of business needs.
• Assist with UAT planning, execution, and documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements in QA processes.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead functional QA testing for Siemens Teamcenter PLM applications, workflows, modules, and integrations
• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, regression test suites, and test scripts
• Validate PLM enhancements, configurations, product structures, change management processes, and integrations

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience, with significant exposure to PLM systems
• Expert-level experience with Siemens Teamcenter (mandatory)
• Strong background in functional testing of PLM applications
• Solid understanding of PLM configurations, workflows, structures, and integrations
• Experience with QA methodologies, regression strategies, and defect lifecycle management
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with additional PLM tools (Windchill, Agile PLM, ENOVIA, Arena, etc.)
• API testing or automation experience
• Background supporting engineering, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or medical device environments
• Experience validating data migration or multi-system integrations

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• QA/testing certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are helpful but not required

  $124,000–$139,000 annually or $70–$80 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location.
  Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
