Job summary

Siemens Government Technologies (SGT) is seeking a self-driven Professional Services Project Manager to lead a delivery team delivering PLM-based Digital Thread solutions. You will align customers, stakeholders, and Siemens delivery teams, guiding cross-functional groups through the full project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with System Architects, Program Managers, Product Architects, Consultants, and Installers to ensure customer success while managing scope, schedule, and quality in a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
8+ years in a project manager/leadership role guiding consultants during a software or industrial equipment implementation.
8+ years in a customer-facing environment.
Experience with Manufacturing execution systems and interfacing with shop equipment.
Experience in industrial settings (plant/shop/building/etc.).
Self-starter who performs independently in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

Lead project through lifecycle using the Siemens Delivery Framework.
Governance with customer and stakeholders; align project objectives.
Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality; communicate expectations clearly.
