Job summary

A leading staffing agency is seeking a Mid-Senior level PLM Program Manager for a contract role in Livermore, CA. The candidate will manage a team responsible for Enovia PLM system administration and lead projects aimed at continuous system improvements. Overview

PLM Program Manager – Enovia Systems & Engineering Change Management

Location: Livermore, CA

Duration: 12+ months contract

Pay rate: $95 to $105/hr on W2

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage a team of PLM program managers responsible for the company’s Enovia PLM system.
• Oversee system administration, support, and continuous improvements, including:
• Data migration and mapping
• Bug resolution and system enhancements
• Major upgrades and performance monitoring
• Define priorities for PLM development by aligning with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
• Provide program management and business system analysis support for company-wide projects impacting PLM.
• Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to maintain system uptime and performance.
• Lead assigned PLM-related projects, covering requirements definition, process alignment, development, testing, and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven hands-on project management experience with strong technical expertise in PLM systems.
• Functional knowledge of Engineering Change Management, Issue Reporting, and Engineering processes.
• Experience with Dassault Enovia PLM, Technia TVC overlay, and JIRA for software development management.
• Proficiency in analytics, queries, and reporting, with exposure to SAP and PLM-related integrations.
• Familiarity with Qlik, Kinaxis, or other operational systems (preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing global, cross-functional teams (8–10+ members).
• Knowledge of product/BOM structures, configuration management, change control, and engineering/manufacturing business processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to present effectively at peer and executive levels.
• Collaborative, results-oriented leadership style with strong problem-solving abilities.
