Join Alpine Formula One team on our mission to win the World Championship. We are looking for a talented and driven PLM Developer to become a key part of our IT department. Reporting to the PLM Solution Architect, you will help shape the future of our engineering systems by developing and evolving our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and integrations.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the performance and success of our race team through cutting-edge software solutions.
As a PLM Developer, you will be responsible for the development, testing, and deployment of 3DExperience native client applications. Your work will support existing tools and create new solutions that enhance our engineering capabilities and streamline workflows.
You will configure CATIA using CATSettings and EKL, develop macros in VBA and CAA, and create REST APIs to integrate 3DX with external systems. You will also write and test scripts in TCL and MQL for data updates, support regression testing, and maintain clear documentation. A key part of the role involves supporting CAD data migration using Dassault Systèmes methodologies such as XPDM, FBDI, and DBDI, as well as providing user support for 3DEXPERIENCE.
You will manage bug fixes and unit testing using DevOps tools and ensure all developments meet high standards of quality, security, and maintainability.
We’re looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You should be a collaborative team player with a passion for solving complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality results.
You need proven experience with 3DEXPERIENCE (2022x or newer), strong software development and integration skills, and expertise in CATIA configuration. Proficiency in development languages such as MQL, TCL, BL, VBA, EKL, and CAA is essential, along with experience in CAD data migration and familiarity with tools like DevOps, Visual Studio, GIT, and Jenkins.
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a detail-oriented mindset are key. You should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team and committed to meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

The BWT Alpine F1 Team operates across two sites: Enstone, Oxfordshire, UK, for chassis development, and Viry-Châtillon, France, for Power Unit design and testing.
Enstone has been home to a Formula 1 team since 1992, evolving through various iterations, including Renault's rebranding in 2021. It hosts chassis design, manufacturing, gearbox development, electronics, R&D, a wind tunnel, and race engineering offices.
Viry-Châtillon is the base for Power Unit development, with a long history dating back to 1969. It features extensive facilities, including recent upgrades like new engine test benches completed in 2023 and 2024.
Alpine's roots date to 1955 with Jean Rédélé's founding of the brand. It has a rich racing heritage, including wins at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and success in rallying. The brand re-entered top-tier motorsport with its F1 team in 2021, continuing its legacy of innovation and competition across various racing disciplines, including endurance, rally, and GT racing, as well as esports and simulation racing.
