Job summary

KLA's IT group is hiring a Data Governance/Analytics-focused intern to help govern product, BOM, part, supplier, customer, and manufacturing data. In this role you will map processes across PLM and ERP, support data quality, and create dashboards to enable leadership decisions.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams, working on data catalogs, metadata, and machine learning use cases, while growing your skills in Power BI and Tableau within a global tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 0 years of related work experience.
• Pursuing or recent graduate in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, CS or related field.
• Strong data governance and analytic mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Service teams.
• Assist in data governance initiatives, policies, standards, and business rules.
• Support data cataloging, metadata management, and data lineage.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Analyze data flows between PLM, ERP, Data Warehouse, and Analytics platforms.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for leadership audiences.
