Job summary

HireArt is seeking a PLM Contractor in Foster City, CA to support engineering change management and data release processes. You will coordinate engineering changes, validate data release packages in the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (CATIA and ENOVIA), and manage BOMs and documentation. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in engineering or production environments within automotive, aerospace, robotics, or similar industries.
• Experience working with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Experience managing CAD and drawing data within an enterprise PLM environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with design engineers to define, validate, and coordinate the release of BOMs and associated documentation.
• Track and manage engineering changes to ensure implementation accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the development of PLM processes for managing product BOMs and engineering data.

Job description

Expected compensation: 63.70 USD Per Hour

HireArt is helping our client find a PLM Contractor to support engineering change management and data release processes.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with responsible design engineers to coordinate engineering changes and ensure accurate release of product data.

You will work hands-on in the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform (CATIA and ENOVIA), validating engineering data release packages to ensure high-quality output for internal teams and external suppliers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced engineering environments with strong configuration management and documentation practices.

As a PLM Contractor, You'll

• Work with responsible design engineers to define, validate, and coordinate the release of system and subsystem bills of materials (BOMs) and associated CAD specifications and documentation.
• Track and manage in-process system and subsystem releases and engineering changes to ensure they are implemented accurately and on schedule for new product introduction and ongoing production milestones.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of PLM processes used to manage product BOMs and engineering data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in engineering or production environments within automotive, aerospace, robotics, or similar industries
• Experience working with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, including CATIA and ENOVIA
• Experience managing CAD and drawing data within an enterprise PLM environment
• Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and organizational skills
